Every young person deserves the chance to discover their purpose and their voice. That’s why YWAF in Wheat Ridge offers programs that immerse teens in meaningful activities that shape their leadership.
From organizing community service projects to supporting academic success for peers, students learn by stepping into responsibility. They practice working in teams, presenting their ideas, and reflecting on what they’ve accomplished. With the steady encouragement of mentors, each teen gains not only skills but also the confidence to use them.
No matter their circumstances—whether financial struggles, personal challenges, or a lack of positive role models—every Wheat Ridge teen has access to growth opportunities.
Our leadership development includes mentorship, workshops on resilience, and goal-setting sessions that prepare them for the future. We don’t just instruct; we walk alongside teens, celebrating their progress and helping them grow into leaders who inspire others.
